1. Kacang merah direbus
sehingga kembang. (saya guna presure cooker selama 15 minit)<br />
2. Dalam periuk yang berasingan, masukkan sedikit air bersama sagu mata ikan dan panaskan sehingga sagu tersebut masak menjadi biji yang jernih. Masukkan sekali daun pandan tadi.<br />
3. Masukkan kacang merah yang telah dimasak di ikuti dengan santan.<br />
4. Masukkan gula dan gula merah secukup rasa dan secubit garam.<br />

Didihkan sebentar sehingga menjadi sedikit pekat. <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">mayonis secukup nyer<br />Cara-cara<br /><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><br />UNTUK DOH PIZZA :- Satukan semua bahan untuk doh dalam satu bekas, kecuali mentega dan tepung untuk ditabur, gaul rata hingga bersatu. Tambah mentega dan terus meggaul hingga menjadi doh yang kenyal, jika melekit, tambah sedikit tepung. Kemudian bulat2kan dan biar 45 minit hingga naik sekali ganda. <br /><br />KAEDAH LAIN :- Masukkan semua bahan untuk dok kecuali tepung untuk ditabur, ke dalam bread maker, pilih setting untuk doh dan tekan "ON", buat hingga siap. <br /><br />UNTUK PIZZA GEBU :- Panaskan oven pada suhu 190C, sediakan 2 dulang pizza berukuran 9 inci, sapu dengan sedikit mentega. Ketepikan. Keluarkan doh, bahagikan doh tadi kepada 2 bahagian sama besar. Ambil satu, tabur sedikit tepung dan canai bulat. Alihkan ke dalam dulang pizza, tekan2 dengan hujung jari hingga memenuhi dulang tadi dan biarkan kelilingnya sedikit tebal. Ratakan sos tomato dan mayonis tadi dan susun bahan topping pizza atasnya (buat 2 bahagian) dan diakhiri dengan keju mozzarella & cheddar. Bakar 20 - 25 minit hingga keju mencair dan roti kelihatan kuning keemasan. Keluarkan dari oven dan hidangkan segera bersama sos kegemaran. Buat kaedah sama juga untuk yang selebihnya</span></span><br />

<li>Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180 darjah celcius</li>
<li>Dalam mangkuk campurkan tepung gandum, baking powder, garam dan gula. Buatkan lubang ditengahnya.</li>
<li>Dalam mangkuk yang kecil pukul telur sedikit, masukkan susu , esen stroberi dan minyak.(aku campur 2 titik pewarna merah) Tuangkan kedalam mangkuk yang berisi tepung tadi. Dan gaul menggunakan garfu sehingga sebati, tapi jangan dipukul sekadar gaul dengan garfu sehingga sebati. Adunan akan nampak seperti berketul-ketul sedikit.</li>
<li>Tuangkan adunan kedalam mangkuk muffin 1/2 cup, letakkan 1/2 sudu teh fillibg dan tutup adunan sehingga 3/4 cup</li>
<li>Bakar muffin selama 20 minit atau sehingga kekuning-kuningan.</li>

Cara-cara :</div>

<ol>
<li>Bahan B : Satukan semua bahan kecuali mix fruits ke dalam periuk dan masak hingga larut dan sebati. Tutupkan api dan terus masukkan mix fruit. Gaulkan. Selepas itu, sejuk/rendamkan selama 4 jam atau boleh juga disimpan semalaman. </li>
<li>Bahan A : Ayakkan kesemua bahan kecuali jus oren ke dalam mangkuk pengadun. Kemudian dikacau rata. Barulah disatukan dengan Bahan B tadi. Sebatikan dengan senduk kayu atau spatula sahaja. </li>
<li>Akhir sekali barulah dimasukkan jus oren. Kacau lagi hingga sebati. </li>
<li>Tuangkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah disapukan dengan mentega dan ditaburkan dengan sedikit tepung (jika suka, guna loyang yang mempunyai lubang di tengahnya atau loyang chiffon supaya kek masak sempurna dan tidak mendap di bahagian tengahnya). </li>
<li>Kemudian taburkan badam cincang jika suka. </li>
<li>Bakarlah selama 50 minit atau 1 jam atau sehingga masak pada suhu 160-170C (kepanasan suhu bergantung pada jenis oven masing-masing). </li>
<li>Setelah masak, keluarkan dari oven. Sejukkan terlebih dahulu sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang dan dipotong. </li>

<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><br />300 g tepung gandum <br />6 g instat yeast <br />20 g mentega <br />10 g gula halus <br />1 camca teh bread improver (optional) <br />1/4 camca teh garam <br />1 1/2 camca besar madu <br />170 ml air <br />Sedikit tepung untuk ditabur<br /><br />Untuk topping nyer..:)<br /><br />8 biji mini sosej (rebus / stim dan dihirs bulat)<br />1 keping chicken ham (rebus / stim dan di hiris kasar)<br />1 biji bawang di hiris<br />1/2 biji capsicum hijau<br />1/2 cawan cendawan butang dihirs<br />1 cawan nenas dalam tin dihiris ( boleh di tambah kalau suka)<br />parutan cheese mozzarella & cheddar<br />sos spegetti<br /><br /><br />Cara-cara<br /><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><br />UNTUK DOH PIZZA :- Satukan semua bahan untuk doh dalam satu bekas, kecuali mentega dan tepung untuk ditabur, gaul rata hingga bersatu. Tambah mentega dan terus meggaul hingga menjadi doh yang kenyal, jika melekit, tambah sedikit tepung. Kemudian bulat2kan dan biar 45 minit hingga naik sekali ganda. <br /><br />KAEDAH LAIN :- Masukkan semua bahan untuk dok kecuali tepung untuk ditabur, ke dalam bread maker, pilih setting untuk doh dan tekan "ON", buat hingga siap. <br /><br />UNTUK PIZZA GEBU :- Panaskan oven pada suhu 190C, sediakan 2 dulang pizza berukuran 9 inci, sapu dengan sedikit mentega. Ketepikan. Keluarkan doh, bahagikan doh tadi kepada 2 bahagian sama besar. Ambil satu, tabur sedikit tepung dan canai bulat. Alihkan ke dalam dulang pizza, tekan2 dengan hujung jari hingga memenuhi dulang tadi dan biarkan kelilingnya sedikit tebal. Ratakan sebahagian sos pizza tadi dan susun bahan topping pizza atasnya (buat 2 bahagian) dan diakhiri dengan keju mozzarella & cheddar. Bakar 20 - 25 minit hingga keju mencair dan roti kelihatan kuning keemasan. Keluarkan dari oven dan hidangkan segera bersama sos kegemaran. Cara:-<br />
<br />
- Cuci beras, toskan dan biarkan selama 15 minit<br />
- Panaskan minyak sapi di dalam kuali, tumis kayu manis,bunga lawang, buah pelaga, cengkih dan daun pandan<br />
- Masukkan bawang besar, pes halia & bawang putih dan cili merah , kacau sampai naik bau<br />
- Masukkan beras dan kacau, tutup api dan alihkan beras tersebut ke dalam "rice cooker"<br />

1/2 ekor ayam ( dipotong kecil dan di cuci)<br />
2 biji kentang ( di hiris bulat, diperap dgn sedikit serbuk kunyit dan garam)<br />
10 tangkai cili kering (di kisar)<br />
1 biji tomato di potong dadu<br />
2 biji bawang dihiris bulat<br />
3 Sudu makan santan / susu cair<br />
1 1/2 sudu makan paste halia & bawang putih<br />
Minyak utk mengoreng kentang dan menumis<br />
Garam dan gula secukup rasa<br />

Cara2:<br />
<br />
- Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, goreng kentang yang dihiris tadi sehingga garing dan ketepikan, dalam kuali yang sama tinggalkan minyak dalam 2 sudu makan dan tumis segala bahan tumisan, masukkan bawang , paste halia & bawang putih, kacau sampai pecah minyak<br />
- masukkan cili yang dikisar tadi, kacau sampai hilang bau mentah cili<br />
-masukkan ayam, kacau sebati, masukkan sedikit air (cukup sekadar menutupi ayam), tunggu sampai air kering dan ayam masak sepenuhnya, Perasakan dgn garam dan gula secukupnya.<br />

<strong>Method:</strong><br />
Cut tomato and onion into medium size pieces.<br />
In a wok put one teaspoon oil and fry mustard seed. Then add red chillies and curry leave and fry lightly . Add onion pieces and Tomato and fry untill the onion soften. Add salt and adjust the taste accordingly. Turn off the lid and let it cool.<br />

<span style="font-family: Times, "Times New Roman", serif;">badam cincang untuk hiasan<br /><br /><br />CARA MEMBUATNYA :-) <br /><br />1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175C. Lenserkan tin kek size 9x9, Alaskan dasar tin dgn kertas minyak, lenserkan juga kertas minyak tersebut. Ketepikan. </span><br />

Putar gula dengan ovellete hingga sebati, masukkan telur (kesemuanya) dan putar dengan kelajuan tinggi hingga adunan naik dan pekat (seperti adunan baulu). Perlahankan speed dan masukkan pisang lecek, gaul rata. <br />3. Masukkan tepung berselang seli dengan mentega cair + minyak jagung tadi. Buat hingga siap dan gaul rata. Tuang dalam tin yang telah disediakan. Taburkan badam cincang. Bakar 45-50 minit atau hingga masak, mengikut oven masing2. <br />4. Uji kek dengan mencucuk lidi sate di bahagian tengah kek, jika keluar bersih, tanda kek dah masak. Biar kan kek sejuk sedikit, longgar2kan dari tin dan terbalikkan. 1 block butter = 250 gm ( I guna Buttercup)<br />
200 gm castor sugar (boleh tambah 30g kalau nak manis)<br />
4 telur A size<br />
250 self-raising flour/ tepung naik sendiri<br />
2 tsp vanilla essence<br />
about 6 tbsp susu UHT<br />

-Panaskan oven to 180 deg C. <br />
-Line cake tin, size 8 inches in diameter. <br />
-Pukul butter and sugar sampai kembang. <br />
-Masukkan telur satu per satu diselang seli dgn tepung. <br />
-Masukkan vannila essence dan susu dan kacau. <br />
-Pastikan adunan dalam keaadaan boleh jatuh "drop". kalau adunan tak jatuh, tambahkan sedikit susu dan kacau. <br />
