Tomato Onion Chutney


1 Tomato fully riped
4 Big onion
3 Dried red Chillies (you can add more if prefer spicy chutney)
1 Tbsp oil
1 strand of curry leaf
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seed
Salt per taste

Cut tomato and onion into medium size pieces.
In a wok put one teaspoon oil and fry mustard seed. Then add red chillies and curry leave and fry lightly . Add onion pieces and Tomato and fry untill the onion soften. Add salt and adjust the taste accordingly. Turn off the lid and let it cool.
Mix altogether in blender and grind to a paste.
